Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are set out to be clear and, above all, fair. We believe it is critical to operate in an open and friendly manner to our Customers.
1. A bridal party booked is for the duration of 2.5 hours which is free of charge. Parties can be extended beyond this, but an hourly charge of £10.00 applies thereafter.
2. A subsequent bridal party will incur a fee of £10.00 which is payable, by cheque, made out to All About The Bride, before the party is held.
3. The property in goods agreed to be sold by us to any Customer shall not pass to the Customer until the Customer has paid in full in accordance to the invoice and the goods shall remain the property of All About The Bride until such time.
4. We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible.
5. Products are subject to availability.
6. Any prices shown or given are fully inclusive of taxes and delivery. All prices are in sterling.
7. We accept payments by cheque, made payable to All About The Bride, and cash only. We do not accept payments by way of debit or credit card.
8. PAYMENT
a. A deposit of £100.00 is required upon placing an order.
b. A further 50% of the outstanding balance is required no later than 5 calendar months before the date of the wedding.
c. The remaining balance is payable on delivery of the order to the Customer.
9. DELIVERY
a. Delivery to the Customer will be made by a dressmaker appointed by The Company.
b. All goods must be inspected by the Customer on receipt and any shortages or damage must be reported to us immediately, otherwise the products will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer.
c. Delivery times or dates quoted by us (if any) are estimates only and whilst we will use its reasonable endeavours to meet such times or dates, we will not be liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever.
10. DRESSMAKER
a. Our dressmaker will deal direct with the Customer with regard to alterations.
b. Any money outstanding and due to us is required to be given to the dressmaker on delivery of the goods.
c. The dressmaker will be responsible for attending the Customer in her home until all alterations are complete. The completed order will then be left with the Customer upon which time the entire order will become the sole responsibility of the Customer.
